3 things you must do before sleeping

Sleep is the basic necessity for human body. You remain active with proper sleep and healthy sleep also helps you in improving creativity and memory. Furthermore you can concentrate and analyze things better if you sleep well in night. Low stress, sharp mind, less accidents, less anger and so many other benefits of sleep that scientists have discovered now but Quran mentioned 1400 years ago in Surah Ghafir ayah number 61.
“It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful. “ In this article I will mention 3 tasks that can double the benefits of sleep and they are not difficult to practice.


Read Surah Mulk

Sleep is temporary death isn’t it? Abdullaah ibn Mas'ood (radhiAllahu 'anhu) said:
“Whoever reads ‘al-Mulk’ every night, Allaah will protect him from the torment of the grave. At the time of the Messenger of Allaah (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), we used to call it al-mani’ah (that which protects). In the Book of Allah, there is a chapter [and] whoever recites it every night has done very well.”
[Sahih at-Targhib wat-Tarhib, no. 1475]

Brush Your Teeth

We eat all day and if you go to bed without brushing your teeth then small particles will stuck in between your teeth which may cause cavities and even pain. Good health starts from your mouth and there is an interesting fact that bacteria of your mouth never sleeps, they become more active when you sleep. If you want to enjoy the flavors throughout your life then brush your teeth twice a day every day.


Judge yourself

Lying on your bed before sleeping is the best time to judge your whole day. What have you done productive in that day? What sins you committed and which virtues you have earned in that day? Analyze your graph and make a plan of your next day. You will feel improvement in your life style in just a week.
